I just want to say to Mick (the bigot who left that post about "spooks") that it is people like you that get bad service because you are obviously a racist moron. If you find the need to mention that the employees are what you call "spooks" online after your trip was over you obviously had the same demeanor when you were there. You should try talking to people with respect and dignity and you would get your wanted response. I'm willing to bet my life on the fact that you would not even spell "spook" in front of those employees. Honestly, I bet you wouldn't even own up to writing your comment in front of them. Them being black or white have nothing to do with you getting bad service, I'd be willing ot bet that you got bad service for being yourself, an incompetent moron - as you so eloquently described them.
