I know six flags is tempting! BUT NO. ITS NOT WORT...

I know six flags is tempting! BUT NO. ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!! The fast pass is an extra fee which is expected. HOWEVER, the company who does the pass is different than six flags. So the two do not communicate. We went in to buy a membership and the employees could not answer simple questions about what the membership includes. They also could not answer questions about the fast pass even tho you can buy it there but it s a separate than six flags company . So we decided on a day pass with gold fast pass. We went to the fast pass building which is not near the entry and they do not tell you where it s located. We get to the fast pass and they would only give us one watch (the watch is the fast pass). We got THREE fast passes. So my mom who didn t want to do the rollercoasters but wanted to do the other rides couldn t get her own fast pass. Which happened because the membership people could not answer our questions. We said fine. We got in a line for a coaster. We got to the employee who scans the watch and asked if they showed us how to use it. We said no, so he kinda showed us how. The fast pass makes no sense how it works, which is a different story. We were then talking with the employee for 15 mins while we were in line. Comes to find out the seat was broken for one out of the two Rotating coasters so we were waiting there for double the time because they didn t put a sign up that it would be longer for that seat. We finally sat down. And I put my purse in the cubby that they have. They told me I couldn t put my purse there. And made us get off the ride. While other women had a fanny pack around there waist which wasn t allowed . BUT they have holders for the reusable plastic drinks that people can put to the side in the same location as the cubby s. And I couldn t put the purse to the side. And said we have to purchase a locker. Through all the people we talked to while buying tickets at two locations, at the fast pass, and the employee at the coaster, no one said ANYTHING. At this point we had been there for ONE hour. I got managers and got the fast pass refunded. And tickets for another time because they don t do refunds. From the very start to the very end it was a horrible experience. We don t even have paperwork saying we will get tickets for another time, so who knows if we will. It was my birthday and it was totally ruined. Horrible customer service. While we were talking to a manger there were also two other groups of people who were having problems with there service and memberships. They upgraded there membership pass but were being charged for two memberships instead of just one. With how many people were having problems is horrible. I know this is the only amusement park in Atlanta. But it s a horrible experience. Not just for us but for multiple people which should not be happening.
