I was very pleased with my experience with Carolina's Home Medical Equipment. I have previously used a competitor and had terrible results which led to my call to Carolina's. The phone was answered by a live body and they were quick to check inventories and let me know the replacement part I required was in stock. At the store, I was greeted quickly, provided the part, and was out the door in minutes. No waiting or working through a long computer database to get checked out and on my way. Very easy to do business with and professional.
