This is my second time doing a refi with Poli. I had a phenomenal experience. The application process was done in about 20 minutes. I was then immediately contacted by Kristina, a loan processor, and she walked me through each step seamlessly in terms of gathering the required documentation. They have a great portal which makes it so easy to upload documents. Before I knew it, I was approved and scheduled for closing. All in all, I spent about one hour on the entire process - a great combination of excellent technology and people.
