Very bad experience. My wife and I went to Mazda Essendon with my 3 years old daughter on Saturday 02nd September because we were very keen to buy Mazda CX 9. After half and hour and talked to the reception no one came to attend us. Sales people just got off their chair and left and didn't even acknowledge us. After more than half and hour of wait we just said thank you and left from there. We went to next door Toyora and bought Toyota Kluger from their. Thank you Mazda.
