This company has some issues. First, a different companion was sent to my family members house despite the request and assurance that a consistent person be sent every week. Second, During the Coviod crisis I asked the care coordinator and the scheduling coordinator to put the care provider on hold to limit the contact my 86 year old family member had with outside people. However a companion still showed up and was let in by my confused relative therefore jeopardizing her health. I would never recommend this company as they clearly have no idea how a health care company should be run.
