Customer service management is horrible, don't bother asking for help, she doesn't care. this club is completely overcrowded. Locker rooms are vile, especially in the summer. A handful of personal trainers are awesome, but this club is an overpriced, dirty zoo. Every time my kids go to daycare they are sick the next day. The customer service director is the biggest $&@# I have ever met.
