I have had the pleasure of working with Ty Keating and Shawn Beard of The Ginther Group during my home buying journey. They made this journey for my family and I fun and stress free with their professionalism and enthusiasm. I am so glad that I found Ty (my agent) when I first moved back to the Winston-Salem area. He has worked hard to help me find the perfect home for our family. I am pretty sure most agents wouldn't climb in attics and in crawlspaces with the inspector and I to make sure the quality was up my standards, but he did with gusto.
