i had a 2 rooms reservation with breakfast, which was paid in full to the travel agency,when i arrive at the hotel they told me that my reservation was cancelled by costumer and i have to contact my travel agent, when i did my contact the sales manager came and apologize that it was the hotel mistake and they made me a new reservation, the new reservation was only room no breakfast, so, every day on the restaurant they will trace me to pay the breakfast fee, then i have to explain the hole story again and go to the reception to confirm that, imagine the 3 days i stayed i had this scenario, which miss up my stay, which supposed to be a relaxing one,
hotel was nice close to Cairo festival city, Porto Cairo,rooms were nice and clean balcony were nice to overlooking golf court, breakfast was nice but not tasty, the beach area was very nice but far away from the rooms so if you have children choose the pool cabanas instead, the videogames rooms staff were very nice and respectful, room service staff were nice too,, ,
