Review of hôtel and spa serge blanco

Hello,
I came for the weekend of Valentine's Day with my wife. the room at the ibaia hotel is aging, no water, no mini bar !!! for a 3 star !!!
the menu St valentin, ( 50 excluding drinks) was unworthy of a 4-star hotel. no toast or accompaniment with the cocktail (not included) except for some peanuts that we had to claim. The meal in itself was worthy of a bad industrial restoration, nerve in the foie gras, panacota tasteless, the juice of Veal looked like anything but a juice, and the side of small vegetables and crushed sirloin were the same acabi !!!!! and the dessert will tell me, all the same. I am not against paying a meal for two 150 but I feel that for this price, we can expect better.
I was happy to come to Blanco, I am extremely disappointed
