We have been extremely happy with the customer service of this company. They have truly made running our business easier with their great parts, easy return policy, legit buyback program and easy to reach customer service reps. Any issues we've ran into were handled professionally and in a timely manner.

We have been ordering parts from past one year and We would say that we are super satisfied with their quality. We have tried almost all major suppliers in US but found these people far better. Best thing is to when it comes to return any defective parts their process so smooth and speedy. We would recommend 10/10. Customer always outstanding and Defective rate is really low. We are happy that we got a reliable supplier.
