Horrific! My family and I didn't even get to go, so we called the hotel and spoke to the reservations desk. They were very nice and cancelled our reservation promptly and sent me a confirmation email. Then, they came back on the line and said due to the type of reservation, they could not cancel it and refused to provide a refund. This resort has been the WORST experience EVER! Their customer service and commitment to service has trashed Marriott's good name. They refuse to honor THEIR reservations desk cancellation confirmation. If you wanting to stay at this hotel, BEWARE if you have to cancel! I have been fighting with the hotel for almost a year now. They say they will let my family come stay another time, but with COVID-19 happening, we can't go. The hotel doesn't care about our situation or what the world pandemic has done to families. This hotel has been my family's worst nightmare!!!
