Love the Woodland Park Zoo. It's a great place to take your children. The animal displays seem more animal friendly than many zoos I've been too in the past, and the Zoomazium is a fun indoor space to for kids to run around and have a blast. The old carousel is a lot of fun as well. Although the single-day tickets are expensive, membership is a great deal if you're in the area and plan on visiting more than once or twice.
