absolutely HORRIBLE. to begin, they broke our furniture and refused to pay for it even though movers acknowledged breaking it. max broke it and admitted to it, then told us to glue it back together. they have offered us just $30 for an antique dresser. they have been completely rude to us and lied ever since we have brought this to their attention - claiming all sorts of excuses such as a 9 month written claim period (they only told us that if the glue didn't hold to call them back and they will take care of it - never mentioned the time limit nor does it say it anywhere in their contract or website.) there were 3 men moving a 2 bedroom and they were going so slowly my wife had to help just to move things along. i would never refer a friend and i will never use them again. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY. This is how they treat repeat customers.
