I paid 11K for a new AC. Midway Services destroyed my hardwood floors(reimbursed), charged me 2K for a wire I didn't need (reimbursed), spilled sealant all over our carpets(reimbursed), and improperly installed the AC causing an air leak in the Plenum, leading to massive amounts of mold and water damage (Not reimbursed), improperly installed AC Unit causing an electrical fire(reimbursed).
The installer they sent for the 11K job was the managers brother who was a car salesman just 2 months earlier.
Midway has came back out to fix the fire damage and the mold water damage from the Plenum Leak. However, they never fixed or "resealed" the plenum. The just covered up the exterior so the mold wouldn't reappear for several months. Today the mold is back with a vengeance and behind the scenes this whole time water has been condensing around the numerous leaks causing massive damages to our home.
