Purchased a 2015 Jeep after a long negotiation with the sales rep and manager. They made me a great offer but it turned out to be too good to be true. The following week I had to return to the dealership because the wrong parts had been installed. It was a nightmare trying to coordinate an appointment because only 1 person was qualified to sign off on the part or something weird like that. The follow following week I had to go back in again because originally they told me they could match my pre-qualified loan from my bank of 1.99%...turns out they couldn t but yet had still sold me the car. My new APR is now 3%... and somehow worked it out so my payments were still the same?? My first payment is to start in July and it was only after constant calling and requesting to speak to a manager was my call return and the info of my car payments told to me. Keith, Financial rep, was very rude when he called me back. Short and unpleasant, acting like it was my fault their dealership lacked customer service and was shady. All in all, I got a great deal but had too many headaches during the process. I ll think twice before going back to this specific dealership in the future and will warn others to do the same.
