I have had the worst experience with this dealersh...

I have had the worst experience with this dealership. They tried to sell me a car way over my budget resulting in 2 hours time that was lost; communication was terrible; they claimed that the car that I purchased was detailed and that they didn't inspect the interior so if it was dirty it wasn't their fault...guess what, it was dirty; then the sales guy and the sales manager failed to communicate with each other resulting in me waiting in the waiting room over 45 minutes for a rental car, the only way it got resolved was by me getting up and asking what was going on; when I went to pick up the car they forgot to make the 2nd key they promised; the floor mats that they promised weren't installed when I went to pick up the car; and it has been 4 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and my car is still not registered per our sales agreement. I emailed their sales manager, Erick Lopez, numerous times regarding this and he never responded not once. I had to call DC DMV myself to find out that they just sent the registration information in yesterday (4 weeks after I bought the car) and they don't know what the status of it is. I then had to call the dealership and ask for the general sales manager to submit a complaint. WORST dealership ever! I would highly recommend AGAINST using them, this has been a terrible experience and they have wasted well over 5 hours of my time. Their communication with each other and with me, as the customer, was horrible and/or non-existent. Don't waste your money or time on this dealership.
