We only went to eat to celebrate a birthday where we first asked by phone in advance to make a vermouth on the terrace outside. It had rained a bit so before they had to dry the cushions and they sent us to take a tour of the facilities.
When they returned, another group had come to whom they had given the seats on the terrace already dry and available and none of the workers wanted to make the minimum effort to dry another area. First disappointment in the lack of attention.
Finally we went inside to eat at the restaurant where they brought us potato chips and olives for a snack. We were surprised to find several dead ants in the potato chips.
It should be said that the person in charge of the table has been very polite at all times and has apologized, although some detail has been lacking to compensate for the bad experience in celebrating a birthday.
On the other hand, I have found the food to be quite well presented, although neither is it anything special, I expected more. It has also been a bit strange for me to see French fries on a sirloin plate on a menu that is not exactly cheap.
In my opinion, the best they have are the views of Montserrat, but for the food, I think they have tried to mask rather ordinary food with a touch of refinement that at least has not convinced me.
From the care of the hotel staff, I at least sure I will not stay overnight.
