So today I went to Smithtown Nissan to start a new lease. First thing I noticed was how clean and organized it was. Every single staff member had on a mask. I come in and they offered my mother and I water and coffee right off the bat. I wanted a black Sentra and their inventory manager Rich went out of state to get the car I wanted. Even though they were short on inventory of vehicles, Rich and the sales manager Joe made sure I got the car I wanted at the same price. They sat my mother and I down to meet our sales associate Dustin and what a friendly and genuine guy. Even with a mask on you can see he s always smiling and positive. He quickly broke down all of the info we needed about my new vehicle and even came back later on to reassure us and answer our questions. After our time with Dustin we went to Ali for the financial side, or as it usually goes the scary side. Or so I would have thought, but similar to Dustin she was very assuring and patient with us and all of our questions. She took the time to make sure we knew what we were signing and why, which I found to be refreshing because the process can be intimidating. Once we had signed everything I went to go smoke a cigarette outside when Joe the sales manager came up to me just to make sure I was confident and had no further questions, in the POURING RAIN. Honestly had a fantastic experience at Smithtown Nissan I look forward to going back there for all of my maintenance and my next lease.
