To preface, I've lived here for 5 months and plan ...

To preface, I've lived here for 5 months and plan to live here for another year! I've read a lot of the google and Facebook reviews for the Branbury, and man there are some ridiculous haters. The biggest complaints seem to be 1. Maintenance, and 2. Office staff. So let's talk maintenance, I've NEVER had a problem getting them to come fix things. You just submit a work order online and they come within 24 hours or less. I've submitted 3 minor repair requests in the apartment and each time they came to fix the problem within the next day (I submitted the requests after 5 p.m.) otherwise they would have come that day!

Now let's talk about office staff, they know everyone by name! I'm not joking, everytime I go in to pay rent they know who I am and always greet me with a smile. I've seen them countless times say "hi" to numerous residents that come in to pay rent or ask a question. The office staff call them by name! They are extremely friendly and willing to help!

So should you move here? Answer: YES! Also The Branbury puts on really fun activities every month: Block parties with legit dj's and food, pool parties, volleyball tournaments, ultimate frisbee tournaments, outdoor movies on a HUGE screen, etc.!
