The staff are lovely, do a good job with my hair & love the massage chair when you are getting your hair washed.

My only downside is rhar on some occasions they booked me in and when I arrive, they start it off but then go off to do someone elses hair and I have to sit there for ages waiting for them to come back. I get they want to book as many in as possible but I have been there at 10am once for an appointment and left at 1pm.. Most of the time waiting around.
