Not sure where to start on this one. I will say that Becky is the absolute best customer service rep at Duke, and is definitely a high point in the service department. I am convinced that if you had 5 Becky's I would be giving you my business today. That being said, I have made a decision not to have Duke service my vehicle after a diagnostic check that identified issues my car had, but never touched the major problems I took my car into service for. I'm not confident that anything was done to my car but a computer plug in and the removal of my tires. Kinda feel like I was ripped off $99 - yes, I got a diagnostic check. Yes, my car needs work. I have very little confidence in the results. The issues your diagnostic check identified, if fixed, would have put a vehicle in disrepair unsafely on the road. I chose to speak with Richard, the service department manager, to whom I indicated that I had issues with my quality of service. I stated the service tech didn't address the issues I had brought up to two different customer service reps, and instead of offering resolution when I told him why I had a poor expectations and was dissatisfied with service said I needed another appointment for a tech specializing in transmissions when the cascading impacts of other issues could have been trouble shot to determine a course of action. If my wife had taken this car into your service department and not had me to call the BS answers your techs and manager gave me, she would have paid about $1700 to drive a car that the transmission failed on transporting to another dealers service department this morning. Your business has some problems, and I highly recommend that customers be engaged and critical of any and all services provided by your dealership, providing scrutiny and double checking work. If you or your team would like to discuss this activity, I would be happy to. Understand though, you won't get my business, because Duke credibility here is shot. This sucks for me too, because I live right behind Duke, it is convenient to my home and I own GM products. Instead, I chose to give my business to Hall in Western branch 20 minutes away.
