We just had Barron replace a wood pellet stove with a gas fireplace. Every step in the process was handled expertly and efficiently. Janice in sales took the time to show us several models and explained all of the options and helped us to decide on the one we wanted. Kalani came out to the house and took all of the measurements to make sure we selected the correct unit. He then returned later to install the unit. He spent a considerable amount of time making sure that the unit was centered and level, all connections were secure, the venting was installed properly and the unit performed as per specifications. He also showed us how to operate the unit and make available adjustments (fan speed, flame height, etc). We could not be happier with the installation.
