The building is historical (along with its plumbing) and location is excellent. Staff is fine by DC standards. My original room had issues upon arrival, but mgmt upgraded me immediately, albeit to a room with elevator engine noise. Breakfast was not included.

Weekdays all was fine, but as soon as the weekend rush hit, sewage system was overwhelmed and the lobby smells of poo. Tragic
