I just wanted to tell you that my husband and I had a great experience working with all of the people at Smithtown Kia. We had visited many different dealers in the area and by far, Smithtown Kia was the place that we felt most comfortable with for many reasons...two in particular...Mike Halliday and Rosa. MIke handled all of our questions and concerns with honesty and fairness. We felt very comfortable dealing with him. Rosa was an absolute great addition to the whole experience, too. We were impressed so much with the Kia community that is there, that we recommended a friend Smithtown Kia, who leased a new car from there a day or two later! And we came back to purchase a second vehicle within hours after that!
We thank everyone there, especially Mike and Rosa, for making car shopping a great experience and not the unpleasant experience that we had foreseen at other dealerships. In antication of having any problems down the road, which I don t think that we will have, MIke assured us that he will, or anyone there will be more than happy to assist us. Thank you for the great service!
This is an addition to my original post. We picked up our used Sportage the other night (we leased the first car and bought the second car) and we are thrilled; not just from the feeling of now owning this car, but from the wonderful service that we received from Mike Halliday and also from Gerard Ragan. We cannot begin to tell everyone how great all of the people at Smithtown people are. Mike is a great guy. He's very helpful and informative and there for all of our questions no matter how trivial and always willing to reach out to our needs. It was our first time dealing with Gerard who is a wealth of information. He, too, is very personable, respectful and informative. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
My husband and I thank everyone there for all that they do and we will continue to spread the good word about the people and service at Smithtown Kia!
