This is not a customer oriented company they do not work with the customers at all! The arrangements they offer are not accommodating in anyway. They refuse to break payments down for the paying customer! We need lights for the roof over our head so why not work with hard working people? Very very very passed at the fact at I've Been a customer for years and they don't work with you .They give you what they want and it don't work for everyone we live in a world of change !every now and then people situations change so some things have to be altered! Me and a lot of people have the same concerns dealing with dominion but they have no heart or compassion for women or families with kids. It's 2018 and they are still cold hearted when it comes to helping the customers .
