Service contract is a crock of s@#t. Service manager smirked at me and asked didn't I read the whole thing. I did not against my instinct because they are very popular. I never expected to get ripped off. If you don't take the "recommended" services thet THEY recommend your oil changes are no longer free.
They rotated my tires and I couldn't even drive my car until I brought it back in for the tires to be balanced. Then they say I need alignment!!! Well I didn't need one until they sent me home with the car shaking so bad I had to drive 45 mph just to make it home.
Leith sells Toyotas. Do yourself a favor and go with them.
