I wish to God I could get away from this terrible company. They won't let you speak to a manager, the women are the worst -- poor attitudes, it's a small call center with folks that rip you off. Hey Jason, maybe someone will start a class action. I used to complain about Flagstar and I thought no one was listening until they got sued. Why are they the finance company when Chase holds the mortgages????!!!
