The University of Algiers 3 Ibrahim Sultan Shaibout or the University of Algeria 3 Daly Ibrahim, as it was previously called, is an Algerian governmental university, located in the Municipality of Daly Ibrahim in Algiers. It was established on October 22, 2009 by Executive Decree No. 09-341 and the University of Dali Ibrahim was named after the University of Algiers 3 after the division of the University of Algeria into three universities. The University consists of two colleges and an institute: the College of Economic Sciences, the College of Management Sciences, the College of Political Science and International Relations, the College of Media and Communication Sciences and the Institute of Physical and Sports Education.
