I joined Glevum Crossfit initially on the recommendation of a friend. I thought first of all it was a place you should join when you are already at a medium fitness level, unlike myself at the time.

After 5 training sessions I signed up for the first group training class. Initially I was nervous of this, though the trainers and the other people in the class made me feel at ease and I completed the class and felt very positive afterwards. I then carried on with the classes, on average three a week.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Crossfit and cannot see myself leaving it this gym. It has enabled me to lose weight, gain strength and confidence in class and outside of it, with other activities and exercise.

Glevum Crossfit is a community of positive, trainers and people who train... It's very like a family with everybody encouraging you to improve and push yourself.
