Had dinner with a friend residing at the hotel. Coincided with exhibitions happening in Port louis. They did not want to let me in to their parking as they did not believe that I was having dinner at their restaurant with one of their guests. Did not bother to check. After some fuss, they agreed for me to park, with a fee of 100rs, which is not applicable on normal days, and I have never heard of in any other hotel in Mauritius. Food was ok, and the waiter made up for the lack of hospitality at the gates!
