A stay for three. But some small faults punctuate the stay.

-Home. On arrival, only one person. We are on a Saturday. So you have to wait your turn ... Brief explanations from the center, "it's over there, on the right" ...

- Room 120: No special attention (bottle of water, tea ...) a toilet handle which is rickety (I had to screw the handle back on myself), a shower head shamefully leaking!
Is it up to the housekeepers or the customer to detect what is wrong?
A tablet in fairly fair condition with a series of messy spots.
And that damn perfectly useless presence detector, which causes the hallway to light up in the middle of the night, if you want to go to the bathroom, your partner is awakened by the light!
What about the view of the pipes and other conduits. Of course, we had not specifically requested a sea view, but there ...!

Room 117 freezing cold! Air conditioning off. Where is the explanation? Here again, the cleaning ladies are not a means of warning?

The thalasso: The best alternates with the less good. We are at our seventh thalasso, we are starting to have some benchmarks (Four 4 stars and three 3 stars).

The very good: the spa; The team is very caring and really deserves congratulations. The atmosphere is zen and peaceful. Beauticians work very well.
Except that the samovar is empty in the waiting room. No herbal tea possible. Only water, even tea.

The worst :

care is mainly done at the bottom. We sit down and wait for his name to be called. What makes that it becomes a station hall, quite noisy, not very restful. We must review things as soon as possible.

No personalization of care. You don't know who you're dealing with. This reproach goes to all of the seven centers visited.

-water treatments, in particular the affusion shower delivered with a minimum of attention in a frenzied automatism. We hardly look at you and we run away to another "treatment". (especially an unbearable borderline hydrotherapist). At the end, we give you a towel and hi! contact time less than ten seconds. To be reviewed urgently, apart from two or three people.

-Restoration: cooking too fatty. Most of the dishes are bathed in oil that is sickening. The choice of breads is reduced. The breakfast buffet borders on indecency when compared to other four star resorts we have visited recently. Only one type of low-end type cheese (if you like real cheese you'll have to iron), no sausages, beans, tomatoes, or other vegetables. Ham, Bayonne ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, voila for the salty. Sweet is no better. Limited choice, unworthy of a four star. The fruit juices are the same, grapefruit (two decanters) and orange juice in a dispenser which gives a rather deplorable effect. Very little fruit.

Otherwise, overall the servers are pleasant. it's already that.

Welcome drink: At noon. which means that having treatment until 1 pm, I could not attend, because we folded "the saplings" when I arrived at 1:30 pm. In other centers, they have the good taste to do that at 6.30 p.m., before the meal, which is already more logical in terms of the availability of spa guests.

Overall, we are disappointed with this center. We will not come back to that. Other centers do much better in overall services.
We are closer to a three star than to a four. and the value for money is not in favor of this center. I therefore put three stars, in relation to hotel services.
