VERY unorganized, but I understand the pandemic has left most businesses with limited staff that have to do the job of 5 other people. There was a huge mix up with the delivery of the equipment that I rented for my wedding, and nobody that I talked to seemed to have my information correct. HORRIBLE customer service from the owner, Steve. Everyone else I spoke with was very polite and professional, so it just baffles me that the owner was so disrespectful. I was told by Steve that I had such a small bill that my patronage didn t matter , he doesn t care if I ever rent from them again and he called me a liar more than once. He also accused me of trying not to have to pay for anything since I called and asked why there were additional charges from them on my credit card statement, outside of the charges that were listed on my bill. My wedding day is stressful enough so I definitely didn t need any more of a headache. As a small business, you should value every single customer, no matter how much or how little they spend. I would give zero stars in a heartbeat if I could, just because of how disrespectful and completely unprofessional Steve was. I ended up squeezing an apology out of him, but it took another employee, Riley, convincing him to do so. They have pretty much any piece of equipment that you may need to rent, so I do give them credit for that.
