Dr. Hertzberg and the ENTIRE staff at Grayslake Ortho is FABULOUS! When Isabella, my oldest, 1st started came to the office, she was terrified and unsure of what to expect. But the staff made her feel at ease, comfortable and she actually enjoyed herself. Since our 1st visit 2 years ago, she has looked forward to every single visit. Even her younger sisters ask if they can go. Dr. Hertzberg is a genuine, caring, ethical, smart, kind individual. He is as wonderful with kids as he is with parents. He explains things clearly and simply and is always able to answer any question you may have. I trust him completely!
