I don't even know where to begin here. Staff needs to be trained better. They seem to not know much about their vehicles. Forget trying to contact them later about any changes you want to do with your Honda Care or any other service you purchased. I've walked in there so many times, last time I walked in to try and fix a mistake "they" made, I spoke to one of the managers, he said he would call me back that day and it has been a week now and no call back. I've called twice and left messages and nothing. I should have gone somewhere else.
