I ve had the worst experience ever with this company. I ve been paying them since 2015 and still owe a balance after paying for 72 months. Customer service is a joke and everyone you speak to is rude. The rate reduction with autopay is a scam, I ve yet to see a rate reduction. Everything about this company is horrible from the interest rates to the dreaded account managers who hound you before the payment is even due. I wish someone would ve warned me prior to setting up this ridiculous loan which has been the worst mistake of my life. I understand when you need a car and trying to rebuild your credit and this place may seem like your only option but please shop around and do your research. Consider yourself warned. I guess my next step is to write the CEO of the company to see what he can do about this bad situation I m in. He probably won t do anything because the speed of the leader is the speed of the team and if the team suck,,, oh well, just go somewhere else for a car loan!
