My mother went into the health center today to pic...

My mother went into the health center today to pick up a letter my sons doctor left for his school. Apparently the entire building was on lunch at the same time. My mother was asked to sit and wait 45 minutes for a letter that my sons doctor had left in the front desk of the family med department. My mother asked 2 different employees if they could help her, and none apparently could because the department was "closed". ONE doctor who noticed that my mother seemed in need of help, asked if she could help her with anything. of coarse when she tried to look for the letter, it was no where to be found. AGAIN, my mother was told by the gentlemen in the front desk the entrance stated that she "had to wait". Other employees where sitting back engaging in conversations, drinking coffee, never bothered to even take 2 mins and help my mother get the letter my son needed for school. This is a perfect example of terrible customer service and should be used in one of those clips company used to demonstrate awful service ESPECIALLY in a health care facility. SJPHC I never expected this from you.
