I left CarMax Friday evening without a vehicle feeling very discouraged and frustrated. My vehicle got totaled in an accident and I needed a new car ASAP.My boyfriend referred me to Covert in Austin. Saturday morning we met with Ron Bautista and it only went up from there. He was very personable and easy to talk to from the jump. He went out of his way to make sure I got what I was looking for at the price I wanted. He wasn't pushy nor did he try to pressure me into anything. Within the next couple of hours I left with a detailed 2017 Jeep Patriot w/ a full tank of gas. The whole experience wasn't your typical "dreaded 5 hour long boring dragged out process" that you would expect when going car shopping. Instead, I got to meet an awesome guy, have great conversations, got in a few good laughs and left with the car I wanted at the price I asked for when I first walked in. I will DEFINITELY be referring all my friends and family right on over to Covert in Austin. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. 5 stars isn't enough, wish there was more. Thank you Ron!
