So far my experience has been smooth with ALM Kia. As a self-employed contractor there were issues I never could have worked out on my own and the ALM team gave me the proper assistance that got me approved. I definitely want to give a big shout out to Irian. She has to be the best manager ever!! She was walking around and rolling up her sleeves helping so many customers that I didn t even know she was a manager. Trust me, she ll do anything she can to save you money and put you in the car you want. She was constantly asking me if I was being taken care of and how everything was going. Even down to Jawon, they guy who makes sure all the finishing touches are finished and you re happy with your vehicle. They seem to have it together pretty well.
