I ordered a tire 6/17. I picked 2 day air and then they said because of covid they werent doing 2 day shipping. Ok I can deal with that. But then 6/22 it was suppose to be delivered and nothing. Contacted customer service they said it hasnt be scanned since 6/19. And they assume it was lost. Now they say I have to wait 10 days and its my problem with ups and I need to deal with them. As a provider they pick the carrier and its ultamately thier responsibly to issue a refund and take it up with ups. I need my tire because myine is bald. They will take your money but not refund it when they know it was lost. I'm contacting a lawyer . dont order from these ppl they are horrible. Im out 140 because they do bad businesses . thanks alot jp cycles.
