52 year's old and my first accident. I didn't know what i was doing or had to do. But one call answered all i needed.... Very friendly, always on hand when i called, not that i needed to much, as everything was done for me. I never had to wonder what was going on with my case as Carpenters kept me updated. Though i would like to say a lot more about the solicitor that worked with me, i have to say everyone i spoke to was more than helpful...Thank you so much for making a bad time so much easier.....Yolande
