Service is deteriorating.

Service is deteriorating.
New online banking software doesn't work. Confirmation messages are not being sent, so access to accounts is effectively denied.

Software doesn't appear to have been tested in 'the real world' before rollout.

Call for assistance do no good. The response is
"Too bad/so sorry"
"No one here can do anything to help you"
"We really don't care -- it's not our problem."
" good bye"
