I recently participated in a Girls on the Run of Montgomery County program, and I had a wonderful experience. The program was well-organized and the coaches were friendly and supportive. I enjoyed the lessons and activities that focused on building self-confidence and promoting healthy lifestyles. The positive atmosphere created by Girls on the Run is truly inspiring. I would highly recommend this program to any young girl looking to grow both mentally and physically. Keep up the good work!
