The embassy of the Republic of Burundi in Brussels is the only place in belgium you can apply for a visa to burundi, get all your burundian documents certified, and if your burundian passport is expired you can get a so called "laissez-passer tenant lieu de passeport" so that you can go back to burundi to get a new one, consulate hours is 9h to 12h Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
