I've only been here a few times and the last time will certainly be the last. There's tons of pool tables and you can smoke inside which is a plus for us smokers but at the end of the night the bartenders wanted to go home early and we were in the middle of a game. She got really nasty and rude and started screaming when I told her we would leave as soon as we finished our game, unless she was willing to refund us the money we paid for that game. She threatend to call the police and I told her go ahead, I'm not breaking the law and that I would speak with her manager in the morning. Long story short, she called the police and completely lied to them and said I was being belligerent and drunk. Of course the cops took her word for it and they forced me to leave. Talk about poor customer service and horrible injustice. Never again.
