DO NOT EAT THEIR PORK!!! Nice atmosphere. Was served undercooked pork, with dimm lighting did not realize it until I had a few bites. 3 weeks later got sick due to trichinosis, a parasite present in raw pork. Called and emailed a couple of times to alert them since that is a reportable disease. Bill the manager had no clue what trichinosis is, basically told me there is no way to 2 are related...well they are. After 2 weeks of being sick trying to figure out the cause I got treatment and feeling a lot better. Bill the manager never got back to me to ensure me the team has been properly trained on how to properly cook pork....just toldme that I was the only one that had this issue. Go back to December on reviews and there are more reports of undercooked pork.
