Front desk rep very professional. We experienced a...

Front desk rep very professional. We experienced a few issues but the Assistant and General Manager fixed our issues very quickly and for that I thank both of them. Our housekeeper Keisha(I believe that was her name. Only housekeeper on third floor) was very very friendly and she did a magnificent job.
