First room I got was a large living room. Nice room but no bed! I called the front desk: there was a Murphy bed and they could send someone to help pull it down, but the hotel was sold out with no other rooms available . I then saw two adjoining doors and realized I was in part of a suite. I pulled down the Murphy bed and it was tiny and hard as a rock. I called the front desk again. Multiple recordings that no one was available to answer my call. I went downstairs and three out of the four front desk clerks were available. Yet no one could answer my call? I was upgraded to another room, much smaller, with a king bed. Same claustrophobic bathroom. Larger but very uncomfortable bed. Five hours later and I still cannot sleep. The bed is horrendous! So the hotel was sold out yet I got another room right away. Don t stay here unless you don t care about sleeping. The beds are horrible. Staff lies about room availability. Bathrooms barely have space to turn around in.
