Melissa Baxter from Midlands Realty helped us buy our first house! I used various sites (Zillow, Homes, Realtor, etc) to pick out houses my wife and I would be interested in, and she coordinated house viewings for all of them. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Melissa and her husband are both former military, so she was able to relate to the challenges that we faced when we first arrived to Offutt. She gave us good POCs for financing, insurance, local utilities, etc... we had such a wonderful experience with her as our realtor.
