First night was terrible due to neighbour room was having a loud fight and smoking heavily. I did notify the staff that went up and told them to be more silent, but that only helped for 20 minutes and then they were fighting loud again and smoking a lot. Due to how the ventilation is set up between connecting rooms there were a lot of airflow from the other room into my room that came from the gap under the door that connects the rooms. I asked for a non connecting room on a different floor for the rest of my stay, and that solved the problem form my two remaining nights. However, the air quality in the rooms seems to be a bit bad in the first place due to the carpet floor that was a bit old and dirty. The pressure in the shower is fine but the amount of water is very low, which means it takes ages to wash all the soap away. The location of the hotel is however good. it's a short few minutes walk to the train station that can take you straight to central London. And there is also really good shops and other transportation options nearby the hotell.
